Refund Policy

Returns:

Unused items in their original condition and packaging returned within 15 days are fully refundable.

First, send an email to: hello@6chakra.com letting us know why you are returning the item. We appreciate your feedback. Then, indicate your Name and Order Number in the subject line of the email.

Returns should be sent to:

11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273 which is also the address on your enclosed packing slip.

Returns for Damaged Items:

If you receive an item that has been damaged, please use the enclosed packing slip and ship your return to:

11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of next steps in regards to your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check the appropriate account. Then contact either your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund has officially posted.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted so please be patient and follow these steps. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@6chakra.com

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items can be refunded within 15 days. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned unless they were damaged.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not process size or product exchanges and encourage you to use our size guide for accurate purchases.
